Pickleball and tennis require a lot of change in direction movements, this can put a lot of stress on the knee joint if your body is not prepared.

We want to help you strengthen the joint to improve knee stability so that it can sustain repetitive back/forth and side/side maneuvers. In this video we go over deceleration drills that you can do on the courts as well as more focused exercises for the knee you can do at home.
