Previously, we showed you a few drills on lower body power movements, and this week you guessed it… we cover upper body power drills!

Sometimes to be able to up your tennis game you have to put in some extra work outside of the courts. We know this isn’t as fun, but it is necessary to improve your technique and power production.

Once you put all these moves together, you’ll be able to apply it on the tennis court for a strong serve and swing!
